Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for brand’s online presence for EMEA region in B2B for Cosmetic, Industrial and Coating business. You will take part in co-creation of digital marketing strategy in social media and other digital channels including optimalisation of channels for digital deliverables to our target business units and customers. Your duties include leading and translation of campaigns and activity into different digital channels and analyzing the efficiency of media campaigns and digital presence. It is essential that you have experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns and have knowledge of the UX/UI aspects in the marketing funnel, web analytics, main metrics, and basic graphic design skills with the Adobe package. You are expected to have actual digital certification and knowledge of Google Ads and Analytics.
Advance ability in written and spoken English is a requirement. Especially good writing skills are meaningful as you will be responsible for written content for internal and external use.
Who you are:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with social media/marketing digital tools
- Outstanding understanding of social media channels, branding, and digital marketing principles.
- Ability to introduce new tools for targeted and lead generation campaigns
- Having knowledge of marketing and media processes, tools, and critical metrics
- Having innovative thinking and creativity, agile and taking ownership
- Experienced in cross-functional / cross-border collaboration
- Attitude of thinking quickly and critically on a wide range of digital marketing topics across various verticals
