Lead the strategic development, implementation, and management of all channel operations, including order-to-cash, outbound logistics, customer service and serialization including design, enhancement, and development. In addition to providing direct oversight of all logistics activity including, reporting, sales management and 3rd Party Logistics and trucking vendor management.
This role requires the ability to build constructive business relationships and effectively communicate, collaborate, motivate, and influence both external and internal customers/partners. Responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan in collaboration with key internal cross-functional stakeholders. This position will require innovation, creativity, and attention to detail. This is a highly visible and entrepreneurial position requiring a great degree of collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of Biotech/Pharmaceutical experience in commercial, supply chain, and trade functions including 2 years minimum experience in management capacity.
- Deep knowledge of order-to-cash, serialization, channel analytics, and customer service processes, as well as the systems that support them
- Solid understanding of market drivers, financial implications, future implications
- Demonstrated success in position which can influence internal and external customers
- 2+ Years’ experience in biotechnology market
- History of successful cross-functional partnerships across multiple internal stakeholder groups
- At least one of the following: knowledge of Neurology, Oncology, and/or Fertility products
- Deep knowledge of SAP, Tracelink, and ValueTrak
