Your role:
We are offering an exciting opportunity within our Electronics organization!
As a member of the Process Engineering group you will be in charge of our smart manufacturing activities in Semiconductor Materials Engineering. You will work on the development of innovative technologies and ensure that these technologies are implemented in our investment program. You will manage these activities with other teams in the Electronics sector (R&D, process development, and the technical operations teams) and on group level. The successful implementation of smart manufacturing technologies will help the business to be a reliable partner for our customers in the semiconductor industry. 

 

Who you are:

  • MSc or PhD in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Process Chemistry, or related fields
  • At least five years experience in process development, process design and/or operations in the process industry, preferred in for fine chemicals and/or semiconductor materials
  • Curious and innovative mindset
  • Track record in change management 
  • Experience in communicating across hierarchies and in matrix organizations  
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
