This position is primarily based  in the Dublin area with travel nationwide.

 

Duties

  • Install, troubleshoot and maintain an extensive variety of products and equipment.
  • Identify, analyze and repair product failures, closing the events promptly within the SLA. Order and replace parts, as needed.
  • Train customer employees.
  • Determine and recommend which products or services best fit the customer’s needs.
  • Perform service activities to be compliant with all applied regulations (EHS) and advice the customers about this topic.
  • Follow current Company procedures, SOPs/guidelines and trainings updates.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates to the CRM (ServiceMax).
  • Manage own Car Stock (spare parts in stock/car) to maximize first time fix rate without impacting the non-moving parts list.
  • Communicate with customers and other personnel to support business development, been proactive to Promote Service activities, products and solutions via lead generation.
  • Report regularly to Management and in situations requiring a service call escalation.
  • Perform any other duties, assigned by Manager, aligned with the company strategy.

 

Who you are:

Relevant Third Level Qualification

 Fluent in English

Experience

  • Solid Technical Experience on Laboratory instruments and field activities of his/her Business Field, and on digital tools as network connectivity and CRM Additional Skills:
  • Familiar with Service concepts, practices and procedures in an ISO environment.
  • Strong organizational skills (good time management, maintain work areas clean and organized, and problem-solving skills).
  • Customer oriented.
  • Communicate with internal and external partners in a professional manner. ·
  • Team player and Learning agility.
