Digital Client Success Manager (all genders) 9 months limited

Reporting to the WE Biotech manager, you will be responsible for the digital Biotech accounts portfolio in DACH region. We look for a temporary 9 months paternity leave replacement. You will be responsible for achieving and exceed sales target in a portfolio of accounts by building direct relationships with customers in all areas, focusing on end users, lab managers and procurement, Identify specific needs to grow the account by implementing campaigns in alignment with the WE Biotech Strategy, act as the connection point between the customers’ needs and the company’s capabilities to add value to the customer’s business in both an efficient and effective way, develop and share best practice to enhance overall team performance and to improve and demonstrate your overall skill set within the scope of the Inside Sales roll.
Who you are:
- Preferred Scientific degree with commercial skills.
- Communication and active listening skills, and digital sales acumen.
- Independent, responsible, discipline, with ability to prioritize among competing tasks
- Natural curiosity and client nurturing skills
- Confident self-starter, highly motivated, and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
