Your role:

  1. Fulfill materials processing, sampling, and pilot production application requests from customers in China
  2. Ensure consistency in materials processing, sampling, and pilot production with the highest standards of safety and quality policies
  3. Fulfil analysis and metrology needs for materials processing, sampling, and pilot production application
  4. Ensure adherence to regulatory and environmental requirements
  5. Accept task assigned, work independently, provide solutions, and interact in relevant technology and business fields
  6. Maintain equipment performance by developing operations and troubleshooting procedures, and establishing quality standards
  7. Adopt/utilize digital means/programs to capture, store and analyze information and maintain security and confidentiality
  8. Conduct continuous improvement projects for enhancing safety, quality, and productivity
  9. Enable cross sharing of learning, insight and experience of materials processing and application between team members
  10. Participate in and contribute intellectual property development
  11. Recommend capital plan for application and process instrumentation and equipment


Who you are:

  1. Bachelor or above in science and engineering fields.  Educational background of chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science, or electronics is a plus
  2. ≥ 2 years of working experience in semiconductor industry or materials industry.  Experience of statistics/data analysis is a plus
  3. A proven track record of material handling, process operation, and equipment handling
  4. Hands-on experience and broad knowledge about materials processing, sampling, formulating, development, analysis, and testing, etc.  Relevant experience on chemical mechanical planarization or thin film materials is a plus
  5. Excellent self-management competence, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  6. Good English skills (verbal and written) for effective communication
  7. Ability to travel domestically by requests
  8. Team player, self-driven, willing to learn, and can-do attitude
