Your role:


We are looking for a Field Service Engineer who will support the field service activities. In charge of the maintenance and repair of the Biomonitoring equipment at customer site, you will also support the scheduling of jobs and coordinating interactions with the repair-center. As continuous quality improvement coordinator, you will also monitor activities, implement business decisions, and secure all ISO rules.
You will handle requests (phone/e-mail/cases) from external customers and internal contacts related to services planification & realization for on-site and repair center activities.
You will manage services scheduling and coordination at a European level for on-site & repair center activities, handle customer expectations and service efficiency. You will also ensure team security and data integrity (CRM) by applying playbooks, Standard Operational Procedures as well as safety rules.
You will be responsible for KPI results, customer satisfaction, achievement of financial objectives by monitoring activities, identifying risks & improvement, and putting in place plan of actions at a European level. You will report violations to the management.
You will follow ISO, update or create SOPs when needed, take part in the ISO improvement. Support organization during audits.
You will perform maintenance and repair at customer site.

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and develop personal initiatives
  • Be comfortable with informatic skill (Word/excel/CRM)
  • Technical knowledge (previous experience as FSE is a must)
