Your role:

As an R&D Validation Technician, you are in charge of Validation testing of components and products from the Business Field Lab Water Solutions, in compliance with Quality and Safety procedures, and project deadlines.
In this role you bring your expertise in the definition of test benches and test protocols and Validation, and implement the steps to supply and constitute the elements to carry out the test benches. 
You carry out the tests according to the protocols, record and present the measurements and participate in the drafting of the test reports with the greatest rigor.
You communicate regularly on the progress of the validations, raise the problems encountered during the tests and be force of proposal to solve them. 
You support the development teams during stages 2 and 3 (Investigation and Development) of the Product Development Process (PDP), in particular during the performance of preliminary tests under the supervision of a Validation engineer.
Occasionally, you support other teams in the area of expertise of the Validation team as part of product improvement or maintenance projects and carry out continuous improvement activities.
Evolving within a matrix organization, with people of diverse and varied culture and knowledge, with the objective of delivering ambitious projects, you promote fluid, transparent communication and encourage support from your interlocutors.

Position base at Molsheim (67), France.

Who you are :

• Diploma in mechanics, electrical engineering, physical measurements, CIRA.
• Experience of 3 to 5 years in product development, acquired in the plastics, pharmaceutical, electrical engineering or automotive sectors.
• You master computer tools such as Office 365 and are comfortable with software in general.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English (level B1)
• Notions of programming are a plus for the position (automation, IT)
• You are rigorous, autonomous and have good analytical skills
