Your role:
 

You will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of payroll data, including data entry into the payroll system to ensure continuity and accuracy of the process. Part of your duties will be providing day to day support on payroll inquiries, drive process improvement and implementation, building partnerships with colleagues, HR Business Partners, Centre of Excellence, internal IT department and clients. In addition to that you will also assist in providing explanations during internal and external audits and represent the team during HR meetings within the company.

Part of the role is also acting as a "buddy" or contact person during the induction process of new employees, helping them to understand the processes, procedures and work organization. Acting as subject matter expert in processes, creating and defining existing and new processes in accordance with corporate guidelines.

 

Our requirements:
 

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR Shared Service Centre (German Payroll)

  • Preferred experience working in an international environment in an SSC

  • Knowledge of HR processes and related IT systems

  • Very good knowledge of SAP and salary administration processes and the relevant German law in this area

  • Proficient German and English language

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

  • Self-reliance and very good organization of work, conscientiousness, reliability and responsibility

  • Highly developed communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in an international environment and to build strong partnerships with colleagues, business partners and customers
