- Be responsible for achieving Personal Care business sales in assigned territory
- Demonstrate customer ownership: new customer identification, build up & maintain customer relationships in multi-levels, set up & update customer profiles
- Proactively develop new opportunity/application in the market to support business growth
- Develop and manage distributors skillfully to achieve the overall sales target
- Work closely with marketing & technical team to commercialize the new business projects
- Ensure smooth sales transaction from contract negotiation, order placing to account receivable
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in science
- 1-5 years’ experience in selling ingredients to the personal care or food industry preferably knowledgeable in pigments and active ingredients or food additives, key account development/management experience is a plus
- Technical or R&D experience in Personal Care or food industry will be a plus
- Mature personality and strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of English
- Familiar with Office/Outlook/CRM
