Your role:

The key responsibilities will include IT Demand Management including prioritization, IT Project Portfolio Management and the definition and alignment of IT roadmaps, heatmaps and IT Strategy for our Business Services Buy&Pay department.


You will act as Business subject matter expert and technology advisor for the Business customers, coordinating the specification of business requirements and support of development of business cases. You will also act as project manager for smaller projects and studies, leading business and technical teams to deliver new, innovative solutions for the area.


We will require IT Business Partner to handle Financial planning and budgeting for your area of responsibility, as well as Capacity planning to deliver on portfolio as part of planning process. You will be in charge of Business organizational change for IT related initiatives, plus handling the Service Review with business and act as central point of contact and critical issue instance for IT-related topics.


Who you are:


  • At least  3-5 years in IT function, with experience in one of following: Project Management / Business Partnering / Strategic Portfolio Management for similar organizations

  • Knowledge of all aspects of the Procurement and/or Accounts Payable / P2P processes

  • Deep understanding of related technologies (e.g. SAP, Ariba, Opentext, Concur) and awareness of impacting trends around digitalization/automation

  • Proven knowledge of Master Data Management for Procurement

  • Success track as a consultant or business analyst that gained in-depth purchasing knowledge through hands-on project deployment

  • Willing to travel 10-15% of your time depending on project phase (and COVID regulations/policies)

  • We would like you have previous hands-on experience with different project methodologies (e.g. Agile)
