Service Manager (Façade industry)

As a Service Manager reporting to the Head of Technical Support, you will manage the service department, set up and grow the organization. Your role will consist of developing new product offers and improving current processes to offer outstanding service to our customers. You will manage complaints, spare parts and new service product introductions. You will visit our customers on-site and coordinate from product installation to remote assistance when needed. You will transfer knowledge and support the Product Manager in product improvement. You will also participate in developing new service product offers, together with the Product Manager and will interact with different cross-functional colleagues.
Experienced from the building industry with site experience and you feel comfortable at a building site.
Ideally you have 3-5 years of proven experience preferably in a customer facing role at a service site in the building industry.
Autonomous, self-motivated, committed, highly organized and efficient.
Have the ability to take a look at the big picture and find how things could be improved.
Proficient in English, German knowledge is an advantage.
Have the ability and willingness to travel Europe wide.
