YOUR ROLE : You contribute to the implementation and maintenance of site EHS programs to comply with Local Regulatory & Corporate Requirements and other site and business needs.  Certain knowledge of H&S regulations is key. You Maintain & improve the Site´s ISO45001 and ISO14001 Management Systems and give support to operations as part of the day-to-day routine. Some key technical elements where your contribution will be required are associated with Risk Management: Electrical Safety, LOTO, Contractor Safety… You support the areas in the Investigation all accidents/incidents to root cause and coordinate the identification of appropriate CAPA actions. The promotion of a proactive culture of accident prevention and care is a fundamental part of your role. You Co-ordinate and provide all related staff EHS training.  You Coordinate & participate in all internal and external EHS audits / inspections and ensure all the improvement actions are closed as plan. Working closely with the EHS Team and operational area Managers/Supervisors is critical to continue the development and implementation of EHS strategies and cultural elements to realize the vision of EHS Excellence onsite.



Who you are:

  • Degree in Engineering or similar technical studies and some level of experience or knowledge in health & safety
  • Experience in working in FDA regulated environments is a plus
  • Ability to manage projects
  • Ability to communicate, interact & influence effectively at all levels
  • Good technical writing skills
