Sr. Associate – Social Ads

Reporting to the Head of Paid Media, the Sr. Associate – Paid Social will be responsible for developing capability maturity and operational excellence in one or more areas across Conversion Rate Optimization (i.e. website A/B, MVT, Personalization), Paid Marketing relates to Paid Social Advertising campaigns. It’s a great opportunity for someone to get exposure to various aspects of marketing and eCommerce business. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end implementation, optimization and reporting of global Social Ads
  • Contribute to paid social eBusiness revenue goals by executing best practices, implementing optimizations, and identifying areas of improvement
  • Work on Sprinklr on a day to day basis
  • Develop a reporting and feedback cadence with Campaign Managers to highlight successes, make recommendations, and share digital marketing expertise to help inform future business goals and campaigns.
  • Utilize workflow management software to track various stages of campaign development and ensure that campaigns are launched on time
  • Communicate with stakeholders as needed to keep performance aligned with the predefined goals
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert for questions about metrics and ways to improve campaigns in the future
  • Troubleshoot technical issues that arise such as creative or Ad rejections
  • Utilize data and metrics to guide decision-making and build on the best practices established by the Digital Marketing team
  • Remain abreast of industry and platform changes, and be an engaged member of the broader eBusiness/Digital Marketing team
  • Support planning, execution, optimization and reporting of campaigns and media programs such as LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook advertising
  • Monitor account daily and monthly with respect to budget/bid caps, campaign pacing, and other important account metrics to carry out optimization strategies
  • Communicating with stakeholders to keep the campaign achievements in sync with the predefined goals
  • Partner with the creative teams to advise on compelling Ad Copies for various mediums and channels, develop test ideas, and manage a/b testing
  • Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization. Ensure successful campaigns by managing bids and budgets to successfully meet the predefined OKRs
