This position is accountable for working with DS&S tsmc focus account manager to promote DS&S Products (Delivery Systems and Services) to Taiwan customers. DS&S is the business that offers Specialty Gas Delivery Equipment/Specialty Chemical Delivery Equipment/Turnkey Installation of Gas/Chemical systems and Poly Flow products.  Individual is expected to become technically competent with products in order to be capable of develop offerings to end customers.


The individual must be able to inspire the confidence of management and customers by his/her skill in presentation, negotiation and problem solving. Considerable inter-personal skills are required to deal successfully with the complex relationships.  Individual will be expected to have constant interfacing to end customers.


Individual will also need to develop a keen understand of the market and competitive offerings and be able to efficiently feed this information back to head quarters in order to promote improvements in the development of DS&S products in Taiwan.


Beside that individual also need to support DS&S activities in SEA and China, primary Singapore. Prepare proposal against customer RFQ, managing equipment orders and lead-time, lead trouble shooting with service team.




  1. Commercial responsibilities to win orders/projects . 
  2. Support and manage the offering of DS&S equipment in Taiwan, Including preparing equipment technical/commercial proposals.
  3. Managing after sales support business with DS&S Taiwan Service Team.
  4. Work with tsmc focus account manager and Project Execution Team to develop the commercial strategy, technical proposal and cost estimate for the bidding of large Turnkey opportunities.
  5. Work with tsmc focus account manager to develop pricing strategy in order to win the projects and also maintain proper profitability.
  6. Customer communications/presentations.
  7. Resolve past due account issues and unbilled receivables (customer acceptance)
  8. Contract negotiation with customer based on input from company’s legal advisor.
  9. Support DS&S business in SEA and China, customer quote, tech. proposal and all necessary business activities.
