Your Role: We are offering an exciting opportunity as Consultant Compensation & Benefits (all genders) in our German Market HR Organization. In this innovative role, you join our team of experts in compensation and benefits, responsible for driving the company’s German total rewards strategy. Total Rewards forms a key aspect of our Global HR transformation and plays a meaningful role in mobilizing and delivering on our company’s growth ambition. You will work in close collaboration with HRBP’s and Business Leaders on the design and implementation of high value reward programs which attract and retain a diverse talent pool and deliver cost efficiencies to shape the future success of our company.


Who You Are:

  • Graduate degree in business administration, HR or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience leading complex and innovative compensation & benefits projects in a corporate environment and/or consultancy
  • User experience with common IT and analytical tools (SAP, Successfactors or equivalent)
  • Hands-on mentality; curiosity and the ability to learn new topics quickly
  • You take responsibility, identify and drive topics forward; act with agility and courage
  • Establish best practices, good analytical skills, familiar with labor legislation
  • Validated ability to successfully interact with a large number and variety of stakeholders
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively and communicating successfully in a cross-functional and multi-cultural matrix organization
  • Previous experience with leading indirect project teams
  • Fluent in German and English
