Your role:

The Shipper/Receiver at MilliporeSigma performs a wide variety of tasks involved in the shipping and receiving of materials, supplies and equipment. 


  • Maintain records of received goods, reject unsatisfactory items when necessary.
  • Unpack incoming items, check goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
  • Prepare and maintain records of items shipped.
  • Post weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for shipment.
  • Perform many numerous ERP and other computer tasks.
  • Assist with weekly cycle count.


Physical Attributes:

  • Lift 25 lbs without assistance.
  • Operate fork-lift and box truck.
  • Transact and move material from off-site warehouse to main plant as needed. 


Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or GED equivalent


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3  years’ of warehouse experience 
  • Oracle experience 
  • Fork-lift experience 
  • Must have driver’s license
  • Must be willing to operate a box truck and PIV equipment
  • Must be able to pass a DOT health screen to be able to drive box truck


Hours are:  Monday through Friday 7:00am- 3:30PM
