Your role:

We are looking for a Business Analytics Manager to work closely with the business, IT and other key partners to implement a wholistic systems vision for the business. As part of the Strategic Marketing organization, you will play a key role in the analysis of ‘big data’ by enabling process improvements that support key business activities, allowing the seamless flow of information between systems, and building an inter-connected platform(s) to share insights with the organization.


The Semiconductor Solutions Strategic Marketing team drives the Semiconductor market and portfolio strategy. This marketing team works in close partnership with the Business Fields and other partners. The strategy is built by combining internal knowledge and tools with external market intelligence and is implemented through the Project Management Office and Commercial development teams.



  • Improve business processes to enable advanced data analytics.
  • Work closely with the business to develop strong market and customer knowledge.
  • Analyze complex data across systems to provide data-driven insights to the business.
  • Support strategy & other functions in defining key messages for stakeholders.
  • Develop and present key metrics to senior management that help drive the business.
  • Oversee critical activities to build and maintain analytics capabilities.
  • Partner in (or lead) the implementation of improvement initiatives.
  • Define, build and maintain processes and tools that support analytics.
  • Direct activities to help improve and sustain data quality.
  • Support organizational change activities, including training key users.
  • Collaborate with users to ensure the continuity of key processes like Demand Planning.


The position is preferably located at one of our Electronics Sites (Tempe, AZ; Carlsbad, CA; Allentown, PA; Branchburg, NJ) in the United States.  It can be located at another of our US Electronics sites or fully remote with periodic travel to meet with key stakeholders.  


Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years relevant experience.
  • Systems experience, preferably related to marketing activities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Key project management skills in communication, time management, and organization.
  • MBA.
  • Data analytics skills.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERPs.
  • Semiconductor Industry proven experience.
