Your role:

 

Within the Legal Department, you will report to the Head of Legal for France, Benelux & Nordics of the Healthcare division. 

You support internal lawyers by intervening in both administrative and organizational aspects (management of contract validation, signature and archiving processes through a database to be regularly updated, management of invoices from external counsels, organizing agendas and travels, drafting of PowerPoint presentations),

Under the supervision of internal lawyers, you review and drafting of contracts or letters, research and legal monitoring.

You will support activities and projects of the Legal Department by proactively contributing to its objectives.

 

Position is based in Lyon (69).

 

 

Who you are:

  • Baccalaureate +3 diploma in law and / or Legal Assistant or Paralegal diploma
  • Minimum experience of 6 years in a Legal Department of an international company or an international law firm
  • Excellent level of English required (written + oral)
  • Dynamism, rigor, respect of confidentiality and company ethical principles, team spirit and motivation are a must
  • Responsiveness, writing quality, sense of priorities and spirit of initiative are imperative to meet the challenges of this position
