Associate Product Manager (F/M)

We are seeking a talented Associate Product Manager to handle the marketing activities for new software launches for BioContinuum™ Platform. As Associate Product Manager, you will manage and support the product management and marketing activities. You will interact on a daily basis and develop strong relationships with Product Management, Supply Chain, Tax and Finance, Sales and IT teams as well as give those departments a clear and actionable input based on pre-defined commitments and processes.
You will be responsible for defining and executing a specific marketing plan aligned with the product management roadmap and goals. You will be tracking and fulfilling product marketing launch milestones and deliverables throughout the year. You will provide training to the relevant teams and product managers on product best practices as needed. You will support the Pre and Post Launch tasks (pricing setup, tax setup, legal setup as required per the organizational processes and templates), as well as supporting in the product financial tracking and reporting. You will manage the development and implementation of process improvements. In collaboration with the IT and other marketing support groups you will ensure all the relevant tools (ERP, SFDC etc) are used per the stated guidelines.
This position is located in Molsheim, France, with 5% travel (including international).
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or Business with 3-5 years’ experience in a product management/ marketing role is strongly preferred
- Should have good knowledge of Organizational Process around product management, Legal, Finance and Taxes operations, Supply chain activities
- Strong project management skills, strong strategic abilities coupled with good analytical, process and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence
- Fluent in English (oral and written) mandatory.
