This 2-year Functional Graduate Program is designed to attract high potential graduates and give them challenging opportunities that prepare them for future complex roles. The program encompasses rotations across different HR functions in an accelerated learning environment. This includes an international assignments, leadership mentoring, formal training and personal and professional development.
In the course of an individual rotation plan, you get to know the multiple aspects of HR (e.g. Talent, Development & Recruiting, Total Rewards, HR Business Partner etc..): After a first assignment at your US home base you will be going international to an assignment at our Germany headquarters. Beyond that, you will get the chance to broaden your perspective and experience a different functional scope or business area.
Who you are:
- Master’s degree in business administration/psychology/human resources, no more than 2 1.5 years work experience as this is an early- in- career program
- Outstanding academic performance (top scores)
- International experience
- First practical experience via internships, preferably within HR or related fields
- High motivation and passion to discover solutions to all kinds of exciting challenges
- Fluency in English (other language skills are a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis
