Strategy Execution Manager

Your role: Strategy Execution Management is a process to provide centralized management and visibility of the Strategic Accounts Portfolio which consists of the programs, projects and activities across an entire Global Strategic Account enterprise. The intent of this organizational framework is to ensure the strategic goals of the client and Process Solutions Global Strategic Accounts are aligned to achieve business objectives.
The primary responsibility of the Strategy Execution Manager (SEM) is the alignment and implementation of the portfolio of programs, projects and activities for the Strategic Account in order to deliver complex integrated solutions that drive sales revenue and growth.
The SEM will serve as a business partner with the Global Account Associate Director in driving revenue, profitability and pipeline growth for the Strategic Account by delivering flawless execution of the account strategy, by providing customer driven solutions as an integrated service and solutions provider to world class pharmaceutical companies to advance life-enhancing molecules to market.
The SEM must have the ability to manage complex global strategic portfolios with a diverse team that is cross-functional, multi-site and multi-discipline. This position requires the utilization of leadership, issue resolution, escalation, technical, coaching and team-building skills along with demonstrated project management skills and an established track record of managing multiple strategic projects and solutions.
Who you are:
- Minimum degree level, or equivalent, qualification in a relevant science or business subject.
- Extensive experience in Account or Project management roles.
- A result driven individual with strong commercial awareness
- Experience managing complex projects
- Great communication skills and stakeholder management
- Data driven decision making experience, the ability to take a consultative approach.
- Scientific background is beneficial but is not essential.
