Lead and manage digital transformation aligned with Life Science vision to achieve business objectives.
In coordination with all Business Units to engage in developing digital approaches and digital capability to deliver great performance in the organization


 

Your Role:


1.Plan, execute, monitor and manage digital tools of commercial service, focusing on e-commerce, CRM and reporting, aligning with global and regional teams & projects.
•E-commerce
•Salesforce.com
•Purple reporting (SAP Business Objects, Tableau & Palantir)
•Analytics & Reporting (Dashboard)
•User Training
2.Enable B2B channels to trade

•Enhance Sales on B2B Channel.
•Develop new customers (Channel) leveraging B2B offering.
•Identify new B2B opportunities for enablement and realize the sales through B2B solution.
•Build plans agreed among customer, internal stakeholders and global team.

3.Plan and Manage Digital & Commercial Service project.

4.Govern digital tools of commercial excellence, focusing on e-commerce, CRM and reporting.

5.Communication to align with regional and global team.

6. Other tasks assigned by your superior


 


Who You Are:

 

•Bachelor degree

•More than 5 years of related experience
•Solid digital project experience is preferred
•Be future-oriented. innovative, results-driven, collaborative
•Business acumen
•Program management & marketing
•Problem-solving skills
•Process management
•Vendor/supplier management
•Deep knowledge of on-line and off-line marketing methods, tools and strategies

•Ability to plan, develop and execute complex multi-platform campaigns.
•Strong communication skills to manage content development and distribution.
•Proficiency using tools to create/manage marketing contents and track/report data driven performance results.
•Fluent in Korean and English
