You role:


If you would like to work in a truly global environment and be part of a diverse team as well as providing a dedicated service to our global strategic customers, than this will be the right role for you. Provide timely Quality information verbally and/ or in writing to customers, sales staff, and internal staff regarding product applications, quality and manufacturing processes, product and service complaints, and general product usage/application techniques. Promote the image and support the functionality of our capabilities to our customers. Collaborate with Business Development Manager and Account Director to become a Quality contact for Strategic Customer Accounts.

Dedicated Strategic Account Quality Support. Provide critical issue escalation support for our strategic customers. Customer inquiry fulfillment (2nd level). Proactively monitor customer projects, audit findings, CAPA monitoring, and other site commitments. Host or attend routine customer meetings, F2F, and on-site visits. Review Metrics, KPI’s for service performance. Provide Quality support for our Commercial teams. Advocate for new quality solutions (for customer or internal sites). Work with internal sites on customer projects.


Limited contract for 12 months with an option to prolong to 18 months.


Who you are:


  • Master's degree preferred in one of the chemical or biological sciences; or Bachelors' with equivalent experience in a relevant scientific-based or quality assurance position
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in scientific-based work or quality or technical based customer communications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English and French
  • Good knowledge in Biology, Biochemistry or Chemistry
  • Understanding of basic Quality Assurance concepts and working knowledge of FDA and/or EMEA, cGMP regulatory requirements
  • Industry GMP experience (Pharma, BioPharma, Device, or Diagnostic) / cGMP knowledge is preferable


Preferred location is Saint-Quentin Fallavier (Lyon area). Molsheim is an option (Strasbourg area)
