Your Role:

Cell Design Studio builds biology from the ground up. We work with the world’s most advanced gene editing tools and technologies to help our customers solve the most difficult problems in biomedical sciences, from basic research to healthcare.

 

The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate the internal and external Cell Design Studio stakeholders and drive flawless execution of projects. You will confidently represent Cell Design Studio as the point of contact for customers throughout the duration of projects, work closely with R&D to allocate resources, ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget, and monitor progress of projects, facilitating regular updates to the customer. In addition to managing individual customer projects, you will participate in the strategic planning for the business and identify new product offerings to better meet dynamic customer needs. We are looking for an innovative thinker who can live outside the box to help propel Cell Design Studio to its next stages of growth. This is a great opportunity to work on the bleeding edge of science and to develop products that will drive new discoveries that change our understanding of human health. This role may require travel up to 10%, both domestically and international.

 

Who you are:

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • BS in any field with 3+ years’ experience in R&D, technical support marketing, or project management

OR

  • MS in any field with 1+ years’ experience in R&D, technical support marketing, or project management

OR

  • PhD in Molecular Biology or any other Life Science discipline

 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Technical expertise in cell biology and/or gene editing
  • Proven ability to communicate with customers and internal stakeholders, and maintain a 'customer first' approach
  • Unmatched organizational skills, with ability to manage/prioritize multiple projects
  • Ability to lead through influence and drive process changes to ensure superior customer experience
