Within our European Technical Service West - Process Solutions Division (PS) - and working in a multicultural environment, you will manage a team of people, ensuring the technical
support to the French and Benelux customers. Your team is the first contact for all technical and application related questions from external (Customers
and Distributors) and internal Customers (Account Managers, Sales Managers etc) as well as managing product related quality complaints.
You will be promoting a climate of positive employee relations by fostering two-way communication and by resolving employees issues in a timely manner.
You will challenge both yourself and others by managing employee performance, including the timely completion of performance appraisals and mid-year reviews, regular feedback, and appropriate action
You will be ensuring a close cooperation and a global alignment with the other teams of the PS Global Sales Support organization and their interfaces will be key.
You will respect, live and share with external and internal customers our Group values
