Within this 2-year Functional Graduate Program, you will follow an individual rotation plan within our Life Science business, gain international experience and receive exposure to the business as well as visibility at senior management level. On top, you will benefit from competent support by excellent business mentors, from valuable training sessions to foster your professional and personal development and you will benefit from plenty of networking opportunities.

 

During the program, you can help to enable researchers to make scientific breakthroughs with providing state-of-the-art tools, services and expertise in order to perform experiments and engineer new products. Do you want to solve the toughest problems in Life Science from drug discovery and development to manufacturing and diagnostics.

 

Your role:


Throughout this program, you get to know the multiple aspects of Commercial (e.g. Sales Enablement, technology specialists, marketing, sales). After a first assignment at our home base in Darmstadt, Germany, you will be going international to one of our subsidiaries for a second assignment. In the third assignment, you will get the chance to broaden your perspective and experience a different functional scope or business area within Europe. Your assignments will be diversified and realted to enabling our Account Managers, Client Success Managers and Account Interface Managers with project, digital and analytical support and expertise.

Who you are:

 

  • Master’s degree in natural sciences paired with business administration skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a digital and systems mindset
  • International experience
  • Practical experience via internships or work record, preferably within Sales or related fields in the life science industry
  • Strong and result-oriented team player who tackles difficult challenges
  • Fluent in English (German or other language skills are a plus)
