Your Role:

The Associate Director (AD) meets or exceeds yearly operating plan agreed with the Director, Global Strategic Accounts (DGSA).  You will develop a multi-year account strategy in alignment with the corporate strategy to ensure sustainable, predictable, profitable sales growth and long-term relationships with all stakeholders (technical and commercial) in the customer’s organization, elevating these to the highest levels.  You will translate the strategy into detailed tactical account plans collaboratively with internal stakeholders and specific resources in both the Process Solutions Commercial and Strategic Marketing and Innovation (SMI) teams and drive the execution of those plans through leadership, emotional intelligence, and communication excellence.

 

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Scientific or Business discipline.
  • 3+ years of strategic key account management and/or relevant commercial experience within Life Sciences industry.
  • Consultative sales performance and/or customer facing experience managing large global accounts in the Life Sciences industry.
  • Knowledge of cell culture (mAB) and biopharma chemicals (small molecules).
  • Demonstrated record of closing significant deals and ability to sustain an effective client relationship.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% both domestic and international.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Scientific or Business discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
