Your role: Manage the EU Bulk & Custom quote support team of 6 and in its role providing support to sales staff for bulk, product portfolio. Provision of expert support to office and field sales staff on high value and challenging enquiries. In this way collaborate with and provide guidance to sales staff to ensure all sales opportunities are thoroughly and professionally explored.

  • Supervises the smooth running of the bulk and quote support Team.
  • Sets benchmarks and ensures team productivity and work quality are high.
  • Recruits, trains and develops staff within the team.
  • Ensures the team provides valuable support on “difficult to handle” enquiries in coordination with other CEX functions if required.
  • Ensures the team acts as an effective central point of contact through to sales for purchasing & production teams
  • Ensures the team acts as an effective central point of contact through to purchasing/production for sales support organizations.
  • Ensures the team supports distinct sales generating activities and risk management initiatives in conjunction with the EU Sales Manager.
  • Ensures the team acts as centralized point of contact for forecasting activities.
  • Designs and regularly generates metrics describing team activities.


Who you are:

  • Ability to communicate across boundaries and to develop relationships.
  • Experience in a similar function, supplychain/sales/manufacturing
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Ability to shape and build teams across countries
  • Change management skills and experience
  • High computer systems literacy.
  • Ability to independently develop strategies and tactics for a given goal.
  • Strong, innate “customer service” mentality.
  • Experience in working and managing in a multicultural environment
