Senior Expert International Careers
Your role: An exciting new opportunity has come up to join our team as Senior Expert International Careers! In partnership with Sector HR and Innovation HR (Rewards, Talent, Development & Recruiting) as well as MBS-HR, you contribute to the further development of our Global Mobility solutions as well as execute governance on these. You manage various projects in the area of international moves and cross-border employment, and you work closely with the Global Mobility Service Center on individual expatriate or international transfer cases. Any review or design activity will be guided by insights based on data, improved user experience as well as increased levels of automation will be further key considerations of yours. As part of your role, you support the management of third-party vendors. Through compelling and clear communications, you actively support the enablement of HR colleagues on global mobility topics to ensure subsequent enablement of leaders in the businesses and functions.
This position can be located in the US or Germany.
Who you are: minimum requirements, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent. A minimum of 6-8 years of work experience in a multi-cultural and cross-functional matrix organization including proven ability to manage projects with different stakeholders based in multiple countries and time zones. Demonstrated experience in governance and design type of activities. Evidence of being a self-starter, proactive and structured approach with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
