As part of the Digital Category Management team, you drive and implement optimal digital business strategies that result in increased e-sales & customer engagement, and you help digitally transform our organization mindset thru examples, education & best practices sharing. You are accountable for driving global digital sales for a defined portfolio/persona grouping. You execute the digital strategy, implement plans and assure timely execution in alignment with product management and ebusiness teams targeting the attraction and retention of qualified customers as well as increasing conversion rates. You are responsible to improve the digital acuity of your business partners and to encourage them to use digital as the channel of choice for driving revenue and marketing activities. You monitor competition strategies in the digital space as well as evaluate potential partners/solutions to enhance our customers digital experience.
