Your Role:


Work with a multi-disciplinary team to conceive new ideas, develop new products, gain market adoption and support customer interaction/facing activities. The position is specifically to develop and support microfluidics related projects by leading and managing end-user communications to facilitate the technology and product development process.


Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:  Conceive and propose new projects using our microfluidic capabilities;  Lead scientific collaboration with customers using MilliporeSigma products for presenting at conferences and publishing results in peer-reviewed journals;  Create and sustain relationships with key opinion leaders;  Bring relevant and scientific insights to management team’s awareness;  Assist customer facing and/or interacting activities with a cross-function team by providing technical input/support;  Coordinate with suppliers and partners in the manufacturing process;  Participate in product development process by testing microfluidic prototypes, managing beta runs with selected users, documenting results and presenting findings;  Oral presentation at conferences and/or company sponsored workshops.

  • Proven track record to lead and deliver results through collaboration.
  • Demonstrated excellent oral presentation skills.
  • Strong design of experiments (DOE), data analysis and documentation skills.
  • Additional expertise in cell culture and/or microscopy is a plus.
