Your role: As the Head of International Careers.  You are responsible for the review and potential design of global mobility solutions (e.g. Global Mobility Strategy, Long-/Short-Term Assignments, Developmental Assignments). You and your team provide expertise as well as the external market perspective on global mobility topics. It is part of your role to design solutions based on requirements of the Group Functions. For any review or design activity, improved user experience as well as increased levels of automation will be key considerations. As part of your role, you also drive the enablement of HR partners in the Sector and Market HR teams of the Group Functions on global mobility topics to ensure subsequent enablement of leaders in the businesses and functions. You actively shape the collaboration with the Global Mobility Shared Service Center, defining necessary quality standards. As global solution owner for "Global Mobility", you execute governance on and ensure compliance of global mobility offerings. This position can be in the US or Europe.

 

Who you are: Minimum Qualifications: You have a bachelor’s degree. You have a minimum of 10 years+ of HR background. 10-12 Years of professional experience. of work experience in HR, Mobility- or Rewards-related roles, in a corporate environment or consultancy. Proven ability to interact with senior management and multiple different stakeholders in a multi-cultural and cross-functional matrix organization. You have proven and demonstrated project management skills and are used to lead (local) and work in (global) projects. You have a highly cooperative mindset in a global matrix organization, demonstrated success in position(s) involving senior stakeholders' relationships. Requires approximately 10% travel

 

Preferred Qualifications: You have a bachelor’s degree. Advanced degree preferred.  You have a minimum of 8-10 years+ of HR background. 10-12 Years of professional experience. of work experience in HR, Mobility- or Rewards-related roles, in a corporate environment or consultancy. Proven ability to interact with senior management and multiple different stakeholders in a multi-cultural and cross-functional matrix organization. You have proven and demonstrated project management skills and are used to lead (local) and work in (global) projects. You have a highly cooperative mindset in a global matrix organization, demonstrated success in position(s) involving senior stakeholders' relationships. You have a clear sense of accountability and you are proactive in the style of working. You have a strong business and customer orientation, a solution-oriented mindset when facing obstacles, and a commitment to teamwork to share and develop best practices globally Requires approximately 10% travel
