Within the Packaging dept, you will be an OE specialist. You will join a young and dynamic team of 6 persons responsible for the management of packaging activities. You will be in charge to develop a goal-based and innovative strategy, while enabling the entire packaging team (50 operators) to deliver concrete results according to the business needs.

In charge of deploying all improvement initiatives in the department, you will follow, build and participate to performance program in the Packaging.

You will lead performance meetings and have collaboration with the entire packaging team and also be the representative for Packaging to the global functions. You will have to report, participate and deployed global initiatives.

You will help to implement new working methods and management tools, such as visual management development. You participate in the rise in maturity in the continuous improvement process, it is up to you to lead the change and provide methodological support and training to operational teams on LEAN MANUFACTURING concepts and tools (5S, Kaizen, PDCA, KANBAN, SMED).

Curious, autonomous and rigorous in the accomplishment of your missions, you have a taste for the field and are recognized for your ability to adapt to different situations and various interlocutors.

 

  • Academic background
  • Experience in continuous improvement, on the deployment of improvement tools in an industrial sector
  • At least 3 years of experience in direct management of a team and in project management
  • Demonstrated experience with senior lead team interaction
  • GMP knowledge
  • Fluency in English and French. Other languages are a plus.
