You will be a part of the team supporting the Aldrich Market Select (AMS) business. AMS is a custom chemical library service offered to Customers across various market segments globally. You will work directly with Customers and Suppliers to prepare custom chemical library quotations and fulfill orders. Source chemicals from a wide network of Suppliers. Prepare quotations within established turn-around time guidelines. Work directly with Suppliers to ensure the delivery expectations are met. Provide superior customer service through management of Customer expectations and requirements, including direct interface with Customers. Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, Commercial, and Compliance groups within the MilliporeSigma organization to ensure timely processing, receipt, fulfillment and shipment of orders to Customers. Interpret chemical structures to prepare custom data files for Customers. Track order progress and analyze Customer trends. Prepare standard operating procedures and process flowcharts. Occasionally collect data to support the generation of performance reports for key strategic clients. Develops and implements pricing strategies to maximize profit and drive sales
