Sales Excellence Reporting Analyst

Role Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Commercial Excellence Team as our Sales Excellence Reporting Analyst. We are looking for an enthusiastic, analytical and commercial problem solver to provide the business with accurate and timely insights and recommendations, through the  creation and analysis of consolidated reports on sales performance. The Sales Excellence Reporting Analyst will be responsible for providing the Sales and Marketing Teams at all levels with analysis and solutions to solve key Business Questions and to support the business planning activities and commercial decision making. The right candidate will have strong communication, analytical and technical skills to manage and manipulate data to provide maximum insights for the business.  

Job Requirements

  • Educated to degree level
  • Experience within a sales reporting environment (Pharma experience preferred)
  • Experience working with multiple data sets and data visualisation software. (Understanding of SQL and Qlik script desirable)
  • Advanced MS Excel, MS Access and PowerPoint essential
  • Good time management skills with an ability to work to tight deadlines across multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and structured problem solving
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down complex analysis into easy to understand insights
  • Able to lead and deliver projects through cross-functional collaboration
