At EMD Performance Materials the Cleanroom Maintenance Technician will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and process checks on Coaters, SEM’s. Steppers and other Lithography Equipment in a Cleanroom environment. He/she will troubleshoot cleanroom equipment and be able to make the necessary repairs. Using measuring instruments and diagnoses, the Technician will make repairs on Process equipment. In addition, he/she will be responsible for changing and charging of chemicals and materials for the various coaters in the cleanroom.
Responsibilities also include performing equipment set-up, operation, and in-process inspection in order to accomplish assigned task(s). He/she will also work with OEM Vendors to provide inquiries and solutions to maintain the Up- time for the Process Equipment.
All work is done in accordance with safety and quality requirements.
