Your Role:

Supervise a team of 8-15 operators to achieve production schedule in a safe and high quality manner.  Develop the team and strive for process improvements within all production areas.  Assist and lead investigations to formulate root cause and preventative actions on issues as they arrise.  Manage special projects as they are delegated for the production teams.


Who You Are:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in a Life Science field with 1+ years experience
  • Knowledge of chemistry, mathmatics and science
  • Communication skills, oral and written

Preffered Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in a Life Science field with 5+ years experience
  • Supervisory experience in Life Science field
  • Trained in 6SIGMA lean manufacturing principals
