Your Role:


In this role you will serve as the single point of contact for Pharma Strategic Accounts.  You will collaborate with other key stakeholders who also support the GSA accounts. 


You will be required to provide quality service, listen, anticipate and react to shifts in customer's expectations, while offering unique services that will add value to the customer's experience.  You're required to navigate multiple systems and coordinate tasks across sites to ensure service levels are met.


Who You Are:


Basic Qualifications:


  • Associate’s Degree in any field of study
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in any industry


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Intermediate PC skills
  • Creative & analytical skills
  • Effective communication, organizational, and prioritization of critical activities
  • Adaptable to changes
  • Sense of urgency and ownership
