Your role:

Provide advanced administrative and business operations support to the Senior Vice President of Market Access & Customer Solutions and the Vice President of Access Influencer Management and Head of Channel Accounts. Act as the voice and face of the department. Proactively plan for and execute on all administrative needs for assigned senior clients; providing the highest quality of flawless, proactive administrative/customer service support with the utmost of professionalism, engagement and confidentiality. Play a key role as a member of the function’s Senior Leadership Team; responsible for meeting minutes, decision tracking, accelerating workflow and pull through, and providing proactive recommendations and solutions. Assist and provide recommendations regarding planning and execution of off-site meetings, globally and locally, including not only logistics but ideas for content as well. Serve as a member of the US Administrative Excellence Core Team; engage in quarterly discussions with the cross functional team; provide knowledge and experience that will lead to recommendations for training and development initiatives to be implemented as part of the US Administrative Excellence Program. In partnership with the US Meeting and Event Planning team, provide department meeting coordination and planning support and may assist with other off-site meetings

 

Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4-year College degree in any disciple
  • 7+ years of experience supporting senior-level management

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Management of others or proven leadership influencing without authority
  • Proven collaboration experience with examples of developing and maintaining relationships across functions
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Operating knowledge of SAP
  • Professional and pleasant demeanor
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills and an ability to translate information into succinct and impactful messages
  • High team orientation
  • Aptitude in fostering mutual trust and respect
