Your Role: As a Senior Product Manager, for the Mobius Single Use Assemblies portfolio, you will deliver innovative, high performance products and integrated, customized performance solutions. You are accountable for all strategic activities associated with product life cycle management. You will interact and develop strong relationships with R&D, Quality, Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales, as well as give those stakeholders, clear and actionable, deliverables. 

  • Provide strong portfolio leadership for the Single Use Assemblies portfolio
  • Have knowledge of upstream and downstream bioprocessing, with familiarity of single use, fluid management processes
  • Experience with the deliverable stages of new product development through product launch
  • Drive in-depth market research to define market trends and needs for the single-use assemblies road map
  • Develop concept briefs and financial analyses to justify new product development
  • Lead and work with technical product development teams
  • Create Go-To-Market strategies that include market analysis, pricing, marketing communication programs and organizational aspects
  • Develop content for product collateral and sales tools
  • Define and execute new product training for global sales and sales support teams
  • Practice price, cost and profitability management; demand planning and forecasting short and long term
  • Providing primary input to the strategic planning process regarding product innovation and potential candidates for M&A activities
  • Proactively practice and apply life cycle management to the portfolio 

 

Who you are:

Minimum qualifications:

  • BS degree with 5+ years expertise, MS degree with 3+ years’ experience, or PhD.
  • Experience in a product marketing role such as product management, marketing management and/or field marketing
  • Strong strategic abilities coupled with good analytical, process and problem, solving skills
  • Have excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively internationally
  • Customer focused and effective customer advocacy
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively in diverse, multicultural cross-functional teams
  • Influencing skills ability. Demonstrated ability to work in and lead cross functional teams and work in a matrix environment
  • Willing to travel globally, about 20%.
  • Capability to multitask and deliver timely results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power point)

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering or Business strongly preferred;
  • Higher degree desired
  • Knowledge of FDA Regulatory Issues for the Pharmaceutical and Biologics, specifically cGMP
