Your role:

As the E-Procurement Catalog Analyst, you will optimize product content for upload into eProcurement platforms. Responsibilities will include:

  • Working with ERP, product management systems and big data sets and big data tools.
  • Analyzing B2B system enhancement opportunities and developing strategic improvements to business processes related to B2B. 
  • Direct customer facing and customer interaction.
  • Working with different character sets and encoding standards.
  • Working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Liaising with multiple regions.

Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Data science, Business, Engineering or Science Degree OR equivalent work experience in e-commerce, B2B or digital marketing or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and Access.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of eProcurement platforms (Jaggaer, Coupa, Ariba, One Advanced) eCommerce, and B2B customer buying journeys.
  • Experience working with and building support across multiple departments to deliver strategies.
  • Experience in commercial, content marketing, content optimization and SEO is a plus.
  • Experience in the Life Science industry is a plus.
  • Excellent time/organizational management skills and ability to manage simultaneous projects/efforts with close attention to detail.
  • Experience working in multiple regions and globally minded.
  • Process improvement experience.  RSREMD
