Your role: Under the direction of MBS North America, this position will be focused on managing benefits vendors, benefits systems integrity and functionality, as well as process improvement and policy management as the organization transitions administrative tasks to Merck Business Services. This role is responsible for continuously evaluating and facilitating work transfer and quality control for success in the new operating model and service delivery. This role will work with the internal technical teams and external vendors to ensure operational excellence. This role will have responsibility for supporting from an operationally standpoint strategic design and policy management for active and retiree health and welfare programs for the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico in support of the company’s Total Rewards strategy.


Who you are: 6 plus years of experience in benefits administration and policy. Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects at the same time with measured results. Strong communicator with the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
