Your role: An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our company as Senior Manager, Advanced People Analytics & Consultancy Senior Expert. As part of a global team, you will play a key role in shaping and continously improving our People Analytics solutions aimed at supporting strategic business and people discussions.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Contributes to the continuous improvement of the People Analytics solutions, governance and methodologies to support People and HR strategies
  • Partners with senior HR and business leaders to deliver innovative advanced people analytics (eg. predictive modeling) insights and shape strategic people discussions internally and Business Sector level
  • Translates business and talent requirements into hypotheses that can be tested by People Data Scientists via advanced data analytics techniques (predictive analytics, network analytics, machine learning …) and interpret complex data analyzes produced into actionable insights to senior leadership audiences
  • Leads advanced people analytics expertise workstreams within larger HR or business projects based on HR strategic priorities, with clearly defined scope and milestones throughout project scoping, solution definition, delivery and measurement phases
  • Spots new advanced people analytics innovative trends, translates them into new concepts, pilot them on specific areas with HR and business leaders and measure impact to get endorsement for future strategic investments.
  • Collaborates with other People Analytics’ team members to supports the HR organization’s People Analytics capability upgrade

 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's, Master's of Ph.D degree holder
  • Minimum 10 years of experience related to People Analytics Planning including conceptualization, consulting, innovation, communication and enablement in corporate environments or external consulting companies
  • Heatlhcare, life sciences or technology industry knowledge ideal
  • Several years of international work experience in a matrix environment and demonstrated success in position(s) involving senior leadership stakeholders' management in different cultural environments
  • Experience working with Senior HR and business stakeholders on complex people analytics projects, using advanced analytic tools and technologies , with strategic impact at global and regional levels
  • Experience delivering pilot projects that enable Proof of Concept testing and upscaling
  • Strong knowledge of different advanced analytics methods and technologies to support ETL and data wrangling: e.g. Tableau, SPSS Modeller, R, Visier, organization network analytics etc.
  • Excellent team player with ability to work independently as well as with global virtual teams
  • Adaptability and flexibility to lead and follow several global and regional projects at the same time
  • Clear sense of accountability, proactive in the style of working and works with the “end in mind”
