Your role: You will have primary responsibility for the continued implementation/evolution of Supply Chain Analytics for the Integrated Supply Chain Operations (ISCO) organization. The supply chain analytics platform brings together data from our numerous ERP and planning systems in a harmonized fashion to allow the business to manage key supply chain KPI’s and ultimately making critical business decisions. The supply chain in Life Sciences consists of 50+ manufacturing sites and 100+ distribution sites. The analytics platform has over 900 business users today. You will be the primary business facing IT lead for the platform inside Life Sciences, partnering with the COE lead in the business, the appropriate technology vendors and with other internal IT organizations to provide the cutting-edge solutions required to manage our complex business. This is a hands-on role, not only overseeing external/internal project resources, but also analyzing technical options and building when required.


Who you are: You have solid knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing business processes. You have proven experience developing and deploying analytics and big data solutions. You possess excellent speaking, interpersonal, written and presentation skills to communicate effectively with senior leaders within the company and across geographies. You have demonstrated leadership capabilities in a matrix organization.


  • This role can be based in either St. Louis, MO or Burlington, MA
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • 6+ years’ experience related to technology in the supply chain function
  • Expert knowledge of Aera Technologies platform (formerly FusionOps) highly desirable
  • Up to 20% travel (domestic and international)
