Your role:

Adapt the global strategy of the product to local needs and develop the Local Commercial Brand Plan. Is responsible for the implementation of the commercial tactical plan and assure cross functional collaboration with all supporting functions in Biopharma. Provides to the Sales Team the right market and product insights, and develop the promotional materials and activities needed. Assure the optimal communication to customers using both face to face and digital channels. Develop, implement and monitor the launch plans of new products, assuring high standards and collaborating with all related functions.


  • Preparation of the Brand/Launch plans
  • Creation of regular market analysis, competition analysis, planning and executing marketing actions with the involvement of the relevant colleagues
  • Preparation of the marketing and cost budget for the assigned product groups in agreement with the BU Manager
  • Preparation of promotional materials and cycle plans in alignment with the BU manager.
  • Spend 25% of the time in the field with the sales representatives to get insights from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize all the commercial events included in the Brand/Launch plan
  • Organize regular trainings and educations in relation of the Brand/Launch plans to the sales teams, in agreement with the supervisors and the medical advisor, prepare education materials and training materials
  • Network with all relevant internal stakeholder to assure a proper cross functional team work.
  • Further develop both internal and external digital communication channels


Who you are:


  • Medical/pharmacist/health related college degree
  • Min 3 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the marketing area
  • Experience in specialized therapeutic areas (Cardiology & Diabetology will be preferred)
  • Good communication in English and fluency in Hungarian
  • Other skills: results oriented, ability to handle complexity, good analytical skills, problem solving attitude, outstanding communication skills, flexibility, creativity, self-motivation.
